New 1BR with Full Balcony, Gym, Pool & Sauna

A BIG HASSLE. Unhygienic Positive: The property itself is beautiful. Negative: the communication. The property communicates through whatsapp. The people communicating are very rude and I asked for basic bedsheets since I’ve been in the property for about 3 weeks now. I politely asked because 3 weeks of the same bedsheets is unhygienic. They are being difficult. I have rebooked the stay to avoid moving around, for Saturday, they are telling me to leave on Friday, when I asked if I can leave my luggage they are refusing even when I said I have work on Friday. I have 3 massive suitcases. A young British girl in dubai in the middle of a war on my own. They are not empathetic at all and Jennifer refuses to understand- continues to try make me pay 250 aed for free bedsheets. (Basic hygiene) I’m not asking for them to clean. But 3 weeks same bedsheets is bad. I have asked and no one calls me. They communicate via whatsapp. Just different random people

Negative: The ad included misinformation about the number of beds/sofa beds. The property manager agreed it was a mistake offering the place with 3 beds/sofa beds whereas it has 2 only.

Great and very clean, 5 stars hotels standar! Positive: Very clean and loved the attention to details. Negative: Parking spot is too small for SUVs.
